The dynamic linker in macOS 27 checks the number of segments recorded in the LC_DYLD_CHAINED_FIXUPS load command, and reject the shared object when there is a mismatch. When combining DWARF, we add a segment but currently don't fix up the recorded number. Pass -no_fixup_chains to the C linker, so it doesn't use LC_DYLD_CHAINED_FIXUPS. This is a minimal workaround that we can backport to Go 1.26 and Go 1.27. Long term, we should emit split DWARF (#62577). Fixes #81793.
